About the program...

My training philosophy

...revolves around progressive overload, which means consistently increasing the weight over time. I often incorporate the same exercises and gradually up the intensity as the weeks go by. Since I'm on a journey to build muscle, progressive overload is a key component. While it's fine to stick with a comfortable weight, I strongly encourage you to challenge yourself and increase the weight each week.

Is this program beginner friendly?

Yes, no matter which split you purchase, each workout day has a beginner, intermediate and advanced level of sets and reps. This program is great for men and women!

Who is this program for?

This is not a weight loss program. This program is best for those that are looking to gain weight and gain muscle or for those looking to tone their body.

What to expect?

Expect to work hard, expect to be sore and expect results - over time. Allow for proper recovery time and adequate sleep, ideally 7 to 9 hours.

Can this be done from home?

Ideally, no. Training my style requires the gym, there's no way around that part. I did not build my body at home; I built it in the gym.

Are you still releasing a Quads program?

Of course I am! But, in the interim and even after the release of my quads program, you can train like me! Each split does include quad exercises on the leg days, but it is not a full quads program. Instead, it is a full body program and each day is set to target different muscle groups; for example Monday might be quads and hammies and then Tuesday is full upper body.

Every day offers you three different exercise options: Option A, Option B, and Option C. It's ideal to alternate between these options from week to week, thus adding variety to your workout days. I also will provide you with a YouTube video link to the proper form of most of the exercises. It is not a video of me doing the exercise, but it is a video of proper form. Form is imperative to achieving true body transformation results.
